The combats and fights of incredibly fast characters occur at incredible speeds but they are visually slowed down so that we can see them, this is what I understand cinematic time to be.
but now, there are times
that in these fights the rain is visible and can be seen moving, when taking into account the speed of the characters (especially if they are FTL or greater) the rain should look completely paralyzed. This is a example
Is this an outlier which says that the characters are slower than rain or simply the cinematic time is inconsistent because yes?or in the craziest case, the rain is FTL or greater?
