While electrons do have a very tiny mass, the total mass of the electrons in a lightning bolt is so small that it could never amount to tons.
In terms of energy, lightning can release enormous amounts of energy—hundreds of millions of joules—but this does not mean that lightning has considerable mass. Tons refer to a measure of mass, and since lightning is purely energy (electrons moving rapidly through the air), it doesn't have a physical weight that can be measured in tons.
Thus, you cannot generate or summon thousands of tons of lightning, as this is physically impossible due to the immaterial nature of lightning.
