Terminator wasn't born with any abilities. Everything comes from his cyborg body that he got in his early 30s.

Probably just closing the distance between them and bringing this hand-to-hand, though he has ranged options too. If he can't copy the Stickman's abilities, he'll just fall back on his own abilities

How would he attempt to do this? Terminator has the aforementioned Pop Up Shields and Rocket Mode to keep his distance as well as tons of ranged attacks. How does he deal with Homing Lasers?

Regenerating from them, or just using his Instinctive Action to avoid the attacks and close the distance

He can also fly and has ranged attacks of his own so there's that too, and can make forcefields out of his fire

He also has other options such as Energy Projection & just transfering whatever damage he takes back onto Terminator Stickman, so if fire doesn't work he can pull those out too

How does damage transfering work? I'm asking because if he can just do that all the time then how does anyone win against him

Btw Terminator and Delta are not 50 Megatons, they're around 64 Megatons, so Terminator has the AP advantage here. I also forgot to mention Terminator's adaptation will give him a steady increase in all of his stats as the fight progresses. It's nothing too drastic, but it's still worth noting.

I'd also like to know how Damage transferring works, because if he can pull that out whenever against whatever, that seems kind of broken.

It was a copied sollertia, he can take damage done to him and simply just make that same damage reflect onto his opponent. It's not passive though, and it takes a lot of energy from him so he typically refrains from using it much, but if he wants he can just simply say "nuh un" to the damage a few times during the match

So can he take a big damage and then say nuh uh and then reflect the same damage onto Stickman? Does this mean Stickman needs to one-shot him to avoid this transferal otherwise Copycat can reflect damage back at him?

Well that's quite easily countered by Terminator resisting a handful of his own abilities. In fact, most of his abilities being reflected back at him just get absorbed. He also passively absorbs fire and energy so that's two of Copycat's things rendered useless.
