Welcome to the First Match of the Second Round of the 1st Bane of Buildings Tournament! (Bracket) (Event Leaderboard)

On the blue corner, we have Natsu Dragneel, submitted by @MintyBoi1

Natsu is 2.18 Tons. Charles is 1.26 Tons. Natsu has 1.7x AP Advantage.
Natsu has Peak Human, Charles has Class T LS. Charles has LS Advantage.



Key 2 Charles is used.
Anything above High 8-C is restricted.
Speed equalized.
The location is the Gates of Hell

Charles will start by throwing Micro Cube Assault at Natsu while generating other various cubes to platform around. If this is effective -that is, Natsu can't effectively close the distance and use his fire attacks-, Charles will abuse this until Natsu is dead. He does seem to have more range with MCA and it is spammable. Natsu has 1.7x AP advantage so he can tank quite bit of hits and can do good damage with his attacks, though Charles can amp his dura twice over, 1 with Aura and 2 with Micro Cube Armor to tank Natsu's attacks, though fire heat mays still hurt him but he has good maneuverability and can amp his speed to further evade Natsu's attacks

If they get into melee range and throw hands Charles can easily restrain with his superior LS and start folding him until he's dead

Natsu’s acrobatics and explosions to boost him should let him easily handle the cubes. And Natsu’s elemental attacks should be able to destroy anything Charles can throw at him, metal and fire don’t mix. That plus Natsu’s martial arts and stat amps gives him a good chance of breaking into Charles’ range and beating him down. And if he lands a Roar or Demolition Fist, that’s game.

If Charles tries crushing him, Fire Dragon’s Sword Horn burns away all the cubes. Natsu’s fire vaporized Ace which takes roughly 3000 degrees Fahrenheit while iron has a melting point of 2800 degrees. Not to mention he did that with Lighting Fire Dragon Mode while Fire Dragon King Mode is the transformation actually focused on making his flames hotter.

Cubes are invisible to Natsu, he can only hear the noise of Micro Cube Assault since it is thousands of small cubes hitting one another. Other cubes don't make sound since they're singular.

It seems Natsu can melt away Micro Cube Assault and not even Armor helps him much since Charles doesn't resist heat now. How much amp is Natsu's amp? Charles amps enough to overwhelm people on par with himself, if he can amp enough to get into close range he can fold him with LS.

Natsu leaped a buildings height, that’s not exclusive to Charles. He also somehow hung midair for Demolition Fist. He could likely force himself up onto the cubes with Charles and deck him in the face. Natsu himself is highly skilled, fighting Ace who was a seasoned pirate and beating him without being able to make direct contact. He has great combat instincts. I think he could grasp the cubes once he sees them in action. Plus won’t Charles be floating in the air in his perspective once he starts standing on them, also I don’t see invisibility on profiles. And now that I think Natsu could just do a roar or sword horn and blast Charles with that if he opens like that, he did open with Sword Horn against Ace the second he got out of range.

I don’t remember any exact multipliers but if it’s anything like the show, they make him at least a bit stronger. LFDM let Natsu beat Hades solo iirc who 5v1’d him and his squad. It was good enough to one shot Ace who could somewhat harm Natsu, even if that was partly because of the elements. Although Ace was completely unharmed by his fire so there’s that to consider.

The rule just says it can’t be a significant reason one party wins. That isn’t the case here since Natsu’s main points are AP and melting all of Charles’ stuff.

I guess so. Though Charles's iron is kinda useless offensively and only allows him to maneuver around and only has 1 offensive use of it and that makes noise which gives it away. He's a minor antagonist in his verse which was supposed to be defeated by rp but veen is busy lol

How come those additions were made after this match? Those should have been added before, now the match is obsolete and the timing for that specific addition seems sus anyway

They were made after the match once I forfeited from the Losers Bracket
