So let’s go over some stuff:
STATS:
Strength and AP: Easily the Goku Blacks.
Speed: equalized
Durability: Goku Blacks.
You get it. Though, sonic does speed blitz for the DEATH BATTLE Goku black in his base form. I’m not entirely sure if they can hit doodles since their tangible bodies are 2-D and as far as we know, only Doodles can injure doodles, or specific HAX. Though lore wise, it’s likely they could. The main way the Sonic and Maelzuri team could win is by HAX. Maelzuri by turning them to orbs and sonic… well: Attack Reflection, Time Manipulation to affect the other Goku Black, Gravity Manipulation that makes most objects nearby crush to bits, Invulnerability in their super and Excalibur forms and having rings to multiply his defense by 99 million (which isn’t nearly enough to withstand attacks from these guys, but it’s nice.). Maybe the glue, but they could likely break free.

Pretty sure Attack Reflection is limited to the amount of AP it's been shown to reflect, and even if not, both Goku Black can survive virtually all of their Ki attacks.
The Time Gem's Time Stop shouldn't help much, since it just leaves the Goku Blacks open for an attack from Sonic, who can't do anything to harm either.
Hyourinjutsu Goku Black resists Gravity Manipulation and the Death Battle one is certainly powerful enough to just escape its pull.

Sonic's Super and Excalibur forms are definitely the most troublesome thing about him, invulnerability and a x200 speed amp sure come in-handy.
They however face the same problems Base Sonic faces (Literally being unable to harm the two Goku Blacks, yada yada).
And if Sonic does transform here, it will probably just end with The DB Goku Black travelling back in time to kill Sonic before he transformed.

I believe this comes down to the mechanics of Maelzuri's transmutation.

It can kinda just happen, and it’s strong enough to work on legendary doodles, and they are even strong enough to help contain Multiversal tier reality warpers.

So it's thought-based? Then I guess It'd depend on how fast they go for it against the two Goku Blacks.

They’d go for it the moment they think the Goku blacks are evil, which is usually the moment they see them, but sometimes they wait to make sure. It’s actually it’s whole thing.

It does however appear that they have a bunch of other moves, though.
If they do go for it, the other Goku Black would probably just dip and attack them again when they least expect it.
