Alright Blake can dodge the wires with her Semblance and acrobatics, her Aura works as a health bar meaning she can take 70 attacks that are 3.41 tons of tnt

Also she is comparably in skill to her step brother Bann (Kakarot) and has been using ki (even if it's basic level) for years in the White Fang against robots and people too, if he flies away Blake can use her weapon to drag him down to fight him or shoot ki blasts at him

Also Blake has lightning shots that has some aoe, ice dust that also has some aoe

She can fight alongside and train with her step-brother; Bann Belladonna, who knows all martial arts like Grandpa Gohan in Dragon Ball did

So yeah she kinda skill stomps and ap stomps lol

Scanner-B with prototype skate mode active would be a good deal faster (amped speed able to allow him to land a bunch of hits on an enemy who was so fast she could hit him despite him being notified prior, giving him a many times speed boost), as long as he uses that wisely and combined it with laser strats to change the battlefield to his advantage by creating large creators and rock protections to hide with, he ought to be able to get in close enough to use the superior LS to just fold her, the AP advantage wouldn’t apply at all there

Based on what I recently heard from VSB CRTS/Staff things LS advantage when AP advantage doesn't exist can only hope to restrain people but can't fold/crush them, as LS lacks the strength necessary to go through higher dura

I imagine the difference between M and G is substantial enough to apply anyway

Even if not, a superior speed strategy combined with the LS would work if he used it to restrain via cables and then blast lasers down her throat, granted he needs to land them first. Higher speed can surpass pure skill though.

It attacks the innards attacking someone’s innards is textbook durability negation is it not? I’ve seen this in a ton of profiles before

Her skill when it comes to combat and the usage of ki allows her to replicate other ki-based techniques after seeing them once. She can fight alongside and train with her step-brother; Bann Belladonna, who knows all martial arts like Grandpa Gohan in Dragon Ball did

Blake can one shot before that via ki blasts or if she's restrained do what bardock did

Also like I don't see any way he could actually do that given her Semblance, skill, attack power is a one shot different, aerobatics, blowing herself up to take him down and live her own blast, electricity dust messing him up because he is a robot without electricity absorbing, use ice dust to freeze him solid that not even 3.41 ton characters can break that ice

Dragon ball characters like to talk a lot, I can see Scanner being underestimated and sniping down her throat with a laser danmaku at some point, especially if he plays keepaway with superior speed, skill also plays less and less of a factor if your opponent is simply THAT fast, but I’m not sure scanner-B has the capacity for that kind of speed here, considering his enemy would have decent skill even by V. Verse standards

No I mean like, blowing herself up by blasting a ki blast in her hand and blowing it up with her in the blast and taking it while he gets vaporized due to the heat and the ap difference

Well yeah you are supposed to be the one that looks, you’re the tourney host (I’ve checked every entrant thoroughly for all tourneys I have hosted), why would it be up to everyone wanting to enter to check everyone else to have an idea of if their character can beat all the others (or at least stand a chance)? No one would ever join a tourney if that was the case, the burden has to fall on the host
