Ruby is 121 Tons. Hecate is 12 Tons. Ruby has 10x AP Advantage.
Ruby has Class G, Hecate has Class 10 LS. Ruby has the LS Advantage.

So ruby is obviously a lot more physically stronger than hecate, but i have no doubt she could be able to know this thanks to Information Analysis, and know that she'll have to resort to her durability negating options, such as her laser rifle (Which can cause a molecular implosion if it lands) or negating ruby's resistance to electricity via the Elec Knife, which can stun the monarch institution guards despite tanking taser shots

She can also use sleeping gas grenades, and even f##king flashbangs

Spoiler: Ability Specifications

• Energy Projection and Limited Biological Manipulation (Via her Laser Rifle, which is a weapon she uses when a mech is absent. Her rifle is able to pierce through battlesuits of the Dragon Heroes as well as cause the molecular implosion of a human sized being as soon as the laser contacts them. It also does this for similarly sized objects and space, just landing the laser induces the effect)
  
  
• Status Effect Inducement (Can stun the guards of Monarch Institution after stabbing them with her 'Elec Knife' despite their ability to resist tasers and similar technology built by Alexis. Managed to make small grenades which emitted sleeping gas able to put the guards to sleep, as well as light grenades which could blind them, even through their filtering scanners which normally prevented it. Can also use strong tranquilizers after robbing one of the Monarch guards)

Ruby has some decent acrobatics to dodge, although homing attacks from hecate will naturally make it harder to avoid them, especially since she seems to have dealt with agile opponents before in the past. And the most acrobatics feat i see on her profile is jumping really high on top of a building, which im not sure necessarily equates to an ability to dodge, but either way i don't think she'd escape.

• Homing Attack (Stole an anti-aircraft cannon from Craven's lab which contained specially designed rockets capable of homing in on agile aircraft and similar, such as the Metal Knight tech of the New Hero Association which could fly through the air much faster than a helicopter, being compared to jets instead. Managed to shoot down Craven's anti-escape squad, who also wore agile battle mechs, and the Monarch Institution's helicopters)

However, ruby can actually do more than dodging, as she can catch enemy attacks with her portals, but other than simply dodging this is about it. Even if ruby lasts a good amount of time, I doubt she has the versatility or skill she would need to avoid being outsmarted when hecate can keep up with 400 iq analytical machines like Craven.

For Homing stuff, she can just spawn portals in front of her and even just size manip her weapon and shield herself with her skyscraper sized blade. Hecate is smart and all to dodge stuff, but there's one thing in Ruby's arsenal I'm pretty sure she can't deal with.

• Limited BFR and Paralysis Inducement (Ruby can send all enemies on the battlefield to the aforementioned technology realm where they are attacked from all angles with technology. During this, all her enemies caught in the attack are completely unable to move.)

Hecate doesn't resist Paralysis so there's nothing stopping Ruby from sending her to the tech realm to be bombarded by 8-A attacks that she won't be able to take. (PLEASE remember that Ruby can't just BFR people to the realm and call it a day. She's forced to bring the enemies caught in this attack back to the battlefield after a few seconds.)

It'll be hard to do that when hecate has this in her arsenal, which i don't know if ruby has dealt with before or not.

• Superhuman Precision (Threw a needle into a scientist's eye from across the Monarch Institution's main lab, which is a 150 by 150 meter complex. Managed to snipe guards from an exceedingly far distance of 4 and a half kilometers with a gun she had not trained with and only had limited experience with. Later on, she considered sniping space debris from New Genesis without her targeting system or homing missiles to just be 'target practice' and said that she could pick out any specific rock and shoot it down. Piloted a drone into a very specific crater on the dark side of the moon from the ground despite the drones limited camera view.)

Vene has said that the laser rifle is hard for even hecate to land a shot with on the discord gc, which is kinda the downside of it it seems, but there are many other options hecate has like her sleeping grenades and flashbangs which she could yeet at ruby at the start of the fight to try and take her off-guard, neither of which ruby would have an easy time dealing with.

Hecate doesn't resist Paralysis so there's nothing stopping Ruby from sending her to the tech realm to be bombarded by 8-A attacks that she won't be able to take. I doubt it'd be this easy. Hecate should be able to easily tell that ruby is stronger cause info analysis, so she'll be cautious from the start. Ruby will have to either be much faster or outsmart hecate for this to work, and the latter definitely isn't likely

It would also be extremely easy for hecate to track ruby too, since she has this, so she'd be aware of what's she doing the entire fight even if she keeps her distance:

• Enhanced Senses (Via her Hecate Radar, a highly advanced radar system developed by her during she and Alexis' escape planning period. It utilizes electromagnetic waves from living beings and the surroundings to map out the location and provide information of the position of others.)
