Jeffrey at this range could be dangerous with his bombs and analytical ability to let him reach Kaint’s skill level. Still, he’ll have to get that info while also suffering from a fear aura which he doesn’t resist. Jeffrey doesn’t seem like the type to freeze up, but focusing should definitely be harder with the feeling he’s going to die on his mind. And he’s physically weaker plus any hit from Electrical Arc will paralyze him for a good few seconds, letting Kaint potentially just slit his throat and end it there depending on how quickly Jeffrey’s regen works.

Funny thing, there's a skill in SBS called something like Unshakable which would've granted Jeffrey that very resistance, but it just wasn't included in the comic. If only...

That's true, but how's Kaint supposed to approach when Jeffrey is constantly throwing up various bombs and hazards, including Homing rockets, and covering the battlefield in mines that in addition to just exploding lime one would be able to guess, can poison, freeze, and shock Kaint. (The bombs also can have these effects, and arguably on a greater scale) Jeffrey is also more likely to do this since fear manip would only be making him want to prevent Kaint approaching even more. Also about electricity, Jeffrey has Shock Absorb here, so electricity would only be healing him.

Kaint faced Gardner who also had a style of bombarding with AOE projectiles, granted not explosives. Rockets can be cut up by the chakrams which Kaint freely controls even while they’re not in his hands and mines can be detonated from a distance with Cutting Line. He also has surface running and acrobatics for getting all around Central Park where there’s plenty of buildings and lamp posts to scale plus forcefields . And depending on what Jeffrey does, Kaint can resist it as is the case with poison and electricity.

Shock Absorb is the really worrying part. Assuming Jeffrey won’t be hit by the paralysis once he absorbs the electricity, Kaint should be able to tell he’s not being hurt by it and adjust. The chakrams are still cutting weapons after all, Kaint just wouldn’t be able to land free hits by paralyzing. And to be fair, he faced that same obstacle with Cinner due to his own resistance and still managed to cut through him and nearly win if not for Cinner closing the gap and pushing off of the chakrams. Kaint could finish Jeffrey like he did Gardner with a chakram to the back of the head where his blind spot is.
