Say you have a character who has a known travel speed, a known attack speed and a known reaction speed, but an unknown combat speed.
In the context of comparing characters, like in a versus thread, how would it work? Is combat speed assigned from one of the other speeds the character has? Since it's combat speed that's equalized per speed-equal rules, in what way can such a character be used?
