Quick Cresselia/Darkrai Speed Downgrade

Cresselia and Darkrai are still stated as "Immeasurable" via being able to keep up with the Creation Trio, even though the CT has been lowered to only Infinite.
 
This, and it also applies to the PMD mons (Grovyle + Dusknoir)
 
I think that it should be fine to adjust the statistics then.
