Questions about Dimensionalities and Tiers

5-Dimensional characters already get the Low 1-C rating. What rating would a 4-Dimensional character get? I've also been wondering if a 2-Dimensional character would be 11-A or not

Not sure, but it can grant HDE atleast, and for tier it can be can anywhere upto 2A(⁠@⁠_⁠@⁠)

Thanks a lot. Was thinking about making a page for a character who's 4-D but has no feats. What about 2-Dimensional characters?

Remember if he doesn't have any feat than he won't be scaling anywhere.

2-D is the definition of 11-A, its right there in the description of the tier
