Question on an what ability's this would be

So a character I plan to make a page on has this weird ability, I don't know what powers to list down for it.

So basically, he has this magically quest bar pop up in front of him, and he is given these quests one after another that he has to do. After completing a quest, he either gets a skill, like a martial art, which he can level up, or a physical enhancement like perfect vision or height growth. What he gets is randomized.

We don't really have an all-encompassing System Ability. But Accelerated Development does cover RPG Quest & Growth.
