Question on a level of regen and if applicable

I'm researching into a cartoon character who's very self aware they are one. As are most of the other cast. At one point, he tells the audience that he can heal from just about anything once the camera is off him. (And I don't mean scene change. I mean he can heal same scene and time). As well, he later tells a villain who's trying to torture him that he is a toon, he is supposed to be able to be twisted, smashed, blown up, and all that.

My question is, would these statements also apply to help his regen get any higher? He of course has his own regen feats like actually being flattened and healing from it no issue in the same scene. I'm just seeing if these statements are viable to use since they are brought up more than once, and also, what degree would this land about.

Would the statements he has made on them be applicable to his profile though? He does so far to see to have lesser regen as never facing exploding to pieces yet, but he has talked about this more than once. So, I'm not sure if we would consider that reliable or not

Higher than his own feats, no. All his off-screen feats would be legit tho. Also a profile for him should obviously indicate this context.

Being able to "Heal just about anything" is too vague. I'd just say "He was able to regenerate from being twisted, smashed, blown up and being flattened". Linking a video/gif of the best feat is probably a good idea also.
