I see strong evidence for the ratings except one thing, is there any proof that the hierarchy of witches is actually dimensional in nature? I don't see any on the profiles.

I believe it's actually "beyond dimensional".
Thought we generally tier people who see the world as fiction and can alter it at a whim as on the same level of dimensional transcendence as an actual dimension, unless it's shown otherwise.

Then these ratings are ridiculous? Unless I'm missing something?

They haven't all been upgraded to 1-A yet, which is why a bunch are still 1-C and 1-B
