Whichever fits the verse better.
If the verse was only filled with Planet Busters at best, the the "World" one would be taken.
If Universe Busters or Galaxy Busters exist then the Universe one would be taken
If there are characters capable of effecting time on a universal scale then the Time Space on would be used.
All in all it depends on the verses and how it's portaid.
