No, while they won't be able to immobilize you or control your body, they can force you up because you can't apply force to your body downwards without leverage, unless you can fly.

Generally TK is treated as a LS vs LS contest. But the issue usually comes with weight.

As an example lets use Andrew from Chronicle as an example vs the following characters:

• Daredevil (1st key): Daredevil is overpowered by Andrew's TK and has no control over his body. He could lift DD in the air or twist his body and there's nothing DD can do about it.
• Smallville Superman (3rd key): Andrew would be incapable of controlling Superman's body as his muscle strength is greater than Andrew's TK strength, but Superman cannot physically prevent himself from being lifted by Andrew as he lacks aerial mobility and isn't heavy enough to resist Andrew's TK
• EMH Thor: Andrew would be incapable of controlling Thor's body due to being weaker and because Thor can fly he can break out of aerial holds/lifts. Andrew's TK LS is completely useless here
• Monsterverse Godzilla: Godzilla is too heavy for Andrew to effect. So even though Godzilla cannot fly Andrew would be incapable of moving him
• Carrie White: She has TK of her own that can counter Andrew's TK. So him attempting to restrain with TK is more or less useless
• Saitama: While Saitama cannot fly he possess TK resistance that nullifies Andrew's ability to lift him in the first place
• Spider-Man: Due to his ability to adhere onto surfaces he can counter Andrew's TK if he can react fast enough

Against characters with ranged attacks there's also ways for them to break out. For example the child from Brightburn cannot directly overpower Andrew but his heat vision would give him a solid way of countering the strength disadvantage and he isn't massively behind Andrew in the LS department either.

Could also potentially move around using webslinging if the TK isn't strong enough. Characters who are also strong enough to break out of TK and can, for example, kick the air to move, could also get past this.
