What if a verse has a statement that says “this world has infinite dimensions.” How can we know if its talking about just more places or actual higher orders. Do put a possibly high 1-b? And a possibly 2-a?

You'd need more context. If the verse deals in higher dimensional structures and that statement is used in combination with that you can assume they are refering to High 1-B. However if they seem to just be referencing simple universes then you'd assume 2-A.

The statement on it's own though won't get you much by itself since dimensions very in size., it's all about context so it's dependent on the verse.
