Question About Stamina Reduce

So. Since making someone's stamina to 1 makes them tired and not think well. Does it effect their willpower too? for them being too tired and weak to fight?

That depends of the affected character, if it tends to lost the will when it get tired then is likely it end up losing the will to fight; but several characters have "iron will", so they may keep fighting despite their physical and mental condition.

Some studies show that low stamina = weak willpower. if i could use it

Well, mental resilience adds up to stamina, so people with iron will will also have [relatively] high stamina. But characters can stand tiredness so much.

Currently... I have no idea... since I don't know much about the applications of Goku Xeno's abilities.

It honestly depends. If their will power is tied to their stamina it would severely severely get depower, if not. It piled get effected but just by a little bit
