Question about Royal Guard(Bleach)

Someone told me that the Royal Guard are immortal and can come back to life if you say their name(like Ichibe did) since they are exist as long as the Soul King need them (or something like that) and it happened in Bleach novel that all the Royal Guard come back to life because someone called their names,is that true? and if that true than shouldn't all the Royal Guard have Immortality type 8?

Someone name Reppuzan there said that it took them a long time to come back("Probably not, since it took them so long to revive") is that trure? why exactly it took them long time to come back? i thought that they can come back to life immediately after you say their name like Ichibe no? which mean it actually useful in fight when there is more than one fighter with them since the partner can just call the other parther's name and he will come back to life

Uh, I don't really know, but they were out for the count after the Schutzstaffel killed them.

Probably, it would have been better for you if AppleLord was still around, but I haven't seen him for quite some time.

As long as the their city in the Soul Palace is still there, they can come back from having their name called.

It doesn't take a long time, Ichibe was probably screwing around.
