Question about Pokémon

So I’m kinda interested in making profiles for a few Pokémon that don’t have them in the future. And I’m confused about something.

what moves and Abilities should Pokémon have on their profiles? Im just checking because some of our profiles see to vary wildly on what’s actually included in them.

Like are egg moves allowed, for example.

Pretty sure a bunch of Pokemon have abilities from the Conquest spin-off, which we allow for some reason.

Yeah abilities/moves from spin-off games are fair game for Pokémon profiles but the reservations are understandable.

I believe level up, egg and event moves from mainline games (including LGP/LGE and GO) are pretty uncontroversial but everything else is pretty inconsistent.
