Question about pocket dimensions

If a character crated a pocket dimension which has the size of a house from the outside but the dimension contain real stars,planets and galaxies

What tier would the character be?

If the planets, stars and galaxies are still the same size as usual than it would be Multi-Galaxy level. Thanks to Pocket Reality Manipulation, said character could make a pocket dimension that looked like a house on the outside but when you enter the house it's a whole new universe for example.
