I have it at 400 megatons. 200 megatons is too low especially when it's stated to be "Hundreds of megatons implying over 2 and not just two".

200 is a much safer bet, 400 is too much to assume, similar statements are also assumed like that

I would say at least 200 megaton given the term "hundreds".

"Hundreds" ranges from 2 to 9. You are going for the lowest one and I in between.
