why this is a 2A instead of universe+? It specifically said "infinite world in this universe?

question about Hsr cosmology

I'm not familiar with the verse, but it explicitly states that there are infinite alternative worlds and infinite possibilities in the universe, so whoever destroys the universe would get at least a 2-A (for destroying the universe which contains infinite alternative worlds and infinite possibilities) instead of just a low 2-C.

Because Hoyo cosmology is cheeks and incomprehensible. It was simply decided that 2A was the most consistent interpretation after gathering all the statements from Hi3 and HSR
