Should a character who created all concepts have High-Godly because he can exist/live before those concepts even existed?

I think this question is a bit absurd, but I still want to be sure.
 
No. A character must regenerate from the destruction of their own concept responsible for being the building blocks of their own existence.

Creating a concept means nothing if it doesn't tie to your existence.
