Queen Murmur

So I have a few questions about this profile.

1. I believe I best know the character as Muru Muru, Murmur or Mur Mur. I think Queen Murmur isn't teh commonly used name. Sould we rename the page to skip the rarely used title?
2. What is the reasoning behind the Attack Potency ranking?
3. Withstanding the collapse of a building isn't building level. Withstanding the attack that made it collapse likely is. Is the durability ranking justified?

I only used the title because the profile name Murmur was already taken here and i hav never Heard her by any other name than murmur. If you want to change the name it is ok.

She could create powerful explosives and i would say that the area of those explosins is on a large building scale.

I would say that durability is justified but do you have Another alternative?

Could you link me (or otherwise specify) the scenes with the explosion for AP and the scene for durability? I would like to get a look on them.

On the same topic, sealed Murmur is equal to God Minene who has half of Deus' universal power, so I believe they should be far higher. But at what higher tier, I'm not sure. I don't know what tier a character should be for having a fraction of power to destroy a space-time continuum. I mean, having a fraction of Low 2-C means that they cannot one-shot an entire space-time continuum, but then they are far FAR above 3-A characters that can destroy physical universe :/

I would doubt that the power the dying deus gave minene is anywhere close to universal or something.

I would believe he only gave her a small bit of power. She should either way demonstrate something close to 2-C for such a ranking.
