Even a base Zombie tanks being directly struck by natural lightning. Thus even base Zombies should be at a Building Level+ rating.
This is supported by the fact that Gargantuars(roughly 15x more durable) were able to tank the Boom Boom Mushroom's explosio.
Further supported by the fact that a Bonk Choy could stagger a tank with a single punch.
PvZ characters should be upgraded to Hypersonic+ due to this calc.

Bonk Choy is capable of spending "all night" punching a punching bag. Keep in mind it's night time so he wouldn't be sustained by the sun during that time, according to PvZ rules.
Sunlight can also restore Plants' stamina.
Intelligence feats:
Plants are smarter than they look; just like humans they can make beds, wash dishes, make semi-complicated foods, tie shoes, open cans of soup, even things as specific as texting fart jokes to their friends. They're also smart enough to find square roots and learn how to sew.
Plants, such as Peashooters, are smart enough to play a card game that resembles Magic: the Gathering.
Various older Plants have been noted to have gone to college or universities, one even graduated from Harvard
The Hurrikale can play many different types of instruments
Stunio is a pianist and speaks 5 languages fluently
Even the Primal Peashooter , who is considered one of the most primitive Plants to date, has been noted to excel in software development.
Also, we should add a key for the Player with the Plant Heroes, as he recieves them at the beginning of Plants vs Zombies: Heroes.
Just one of which has a 8-A feat.
