Hm... i would say Amakasu has some stuff like Time Travel that would be able to easily destroy medaka but The Hero would probably prevent from using it. Really tho imma go for incomclusive because this looks like both can instantly erase the other from existence and end the battle right there.

So in a nutshell, inconclusive. Might change to Medaka later
 
Yeah,Amakasu will start with his hax,and if he summon Tatari like Kubou and that psycho Lucifer,she will be in inferno situation.
 
People should really start to restrict The Hero, if this girl couldn't overcome it I doubt any 3D being without passive plot manipulation or a counter to it can.

I mean there are other characters who have plot manipulation, its just hers is so potent that it shouldn't be used if its the only thing that gives her victory or if it souly makes her stomp
 
firstly amakasu is japanese so :V

Secondly yes amakasu loves to use kantan plus summons like summon kuubou, lucifer cause he can so there is that
