Predator has resistance to Memory Manipulation, so Provedor's passive Memory Manipulation will be useless

BFR is useless, since Predator can come back with its portal

Telepathy will be kind Useless too, since Predator in this key is animalistic

So, If Provedor use his EE first he can win, If Predator attack first or use its Black Holes it can win, If both attack each other at the same time, will probably be a incon
 
This battle is a quick drawn, the problem is, in character Provedor intant teleport to his pockjket dimension and them uses his powers from there(show by him appearing for a split second
Nd disapearing in the comics To the point the characters think they are "seeing things")

So basically provedor runs away from the Predator That even with interdimensional range portals Predator has no way to know where to make a portal too, especially with animalost inteligence

So how fast can Predator create his blackholes? With then 4 km's away from one another the only way to kill provedor before they tp away and spam all their abilities from a safe range will be if It's trough based instant blackhole creation

But even then this would only make this not a 100% decisive win for Provedor, the fact Predator has other equaly in character to use options while provedor will tp away first move will give provedor the ein trough EE most of the time sinse he is just hidding away while using casuality manipulation, EE, etc

The Fragment of Provedor can attack too and apply the slow debuff, with the Ap difference a single hit would one-shot

Predator could cause a blackout on Earth, and since Provedor don't have Enhances Senses he will be blind, given more time to Predator try to find him

1- not fast enough to fight trough based tp

2- You mean Predator? Any way, Provedor would be on his pocket dimension at this point sinse his Teleportation is trough based too

3- Thia don't matter if provedor don't even need to be on the arena(and will not even be on the same dimension uinse he will be inside his PD)

Basically, Provedor first move is trough based TP to his pocknjet dimension,beliving he has been forgoten, and then usig his tier 3 haxes
