The speed is equalized, and they don't know about each other's powers, and no prep time for anyone.

The arena is a dense jungle and they start out 100 meters from each other. Hitler also has 6 seals with the Hakenkreuz symbol to put anywhere she wants and Pesci has 5 ice cubes.
