Rules of the battle:
Despite En having tier 7 destruction power and massive range via his magic smoke, and Chapulín being tier 8, i think the battle is fair enough due to Chapulín's toon force and other impressive hax.

Rules of the battle:
- Chapulín has access to all of his equipment listed on his profile, and all of his live-action abilities, meaning that the Chapulín cartoon abilites and feats are not going to be taken into consideration
- En has access to Kikurage, she is obviously not going to fight, i'm including Kikurage because she canonically supports En's family in combat with ressurection hax but has no combat skills, and despite Chapulín not being the type of fighter that kills opponents, En's magic is shown to damage him if used too much
- Starting distance is 20m
- They are both in character, meaning that En wins if he manages to turn Chapulín into a mushroom, and Chapulín wins if he manages to use the Paralyzing Horn on En (Kikurage is not going to work against this).
- The fight takes place inside En's mansion, and Noi, Shin and all other En subordinates are not present, allowing En to use his high-end city level feats if necessary (but only as a last resource if he considers Chapulín too problematic, but will otherwise hesitate due to obvious enviromental destruction plus the fact that is his house).
