Stipulations
As Scanner B is pacing along the streets of City-W in search of more biological lifeforms to bring back to Neptune Incorporated, they are mysteriously sucked into a portal in the fabric of reality.
Upon recovering, Scanner-B scans the local area, revealing the place to be much different than what they are used to. The buildings look a little smaller and made with less suitable material, and the vehicles and people seem to be quite a lot more basic and less numerous than what the artificial creation had expected.
Suddenly, the robot hears heavy footsteps. Looking over, it notices Lucy, a large, primitive robot, likely weighting several tons and incapable of speech, stepping though the streets with a heavy sound, in search of any potential Automaton looking to cause destruction. People run in fear at the sight of the two robots, thinking them both to be some form of witchcraft, leaving the two robots to face each other down seeing as Lucy mistakes Scanner-B as an Automaton.....

Stipulations
- Fight takes place in the streets during the Second Industrial Revolution.
- Lucy will not be considered 8-B, and her gun will instead be considered relative to Scanner-B's 8-C stats.
- Base Speed is equalized and can go higher through abilities and forms.
- Starting distance is 10 meters.
- Neither one has immediate knowledge on the other to start.
