This character was also an attendee of Hope's Peak, and as such Izuru should have his abilities as the Ultimate Pyrotechnician.

I don't have any scans of the manga he's from, though, so I can't say what the full extent of his abilities are. Should it still be added to Izuru's profile?

As someone who has read Killer Killer, I have a few pointers on his abilities.

Ted mainly shoots fireworks out of his arm cannon. These can be fire multiple at a time or he can shoot one massive firework.

He can also create illusions with his fireworks which act as a form of brainwashing.

Seeing as Killer Killer is connected to the DGR story unlike the DGR V3, I agree that it should be added to Izuru's profile. He gets explosion manipulation and the brainwashing contributes to his Empathic Manipulation. (And a description required???)
