Shouldn't volthoom be atleast high 2A at his peak . In green lantern story he is referred as the hand that created 2A Multiverse and 4th world

Pretty sure he wasn't he Hand. He was just a guy who went back in time to see it when the Guardians were invesigating it. When he got the power of the emotional spectrum, he became powerful enough to remake the universe, but I don't remember it ever being stated that he was the Hand that created everything.

Okay. Perhaps he should be rated as 2-A then. However, I am uncertain, as he was defeated comparatively easily.

He wasn't at his peak lvl during lantern storyline . Nekron presenced weakened him with his mere presence which allowed hal jordan to seperate the emotional spectrum from his body .

Also Nekron should be atleast 3A to low 2c . He is stronger then life entity as he crippled it during the blackest night sotryline .

I don't know whether this is considered as vague of not but Nekron got retconned in to the embodiment of infinite Darkness that predates the light in the creation .

Well, it sounds like a 2-A feat, but he was immediately defeated due to immense amounts of Plot-Induced Stupidity.

Volthoom isn't the Hand that created the multiverse. Even with all the emotional spectrum, his power was only universal.

He was treated as a threat to the universe, so I can see why he would be universe level, but the claim that he created the multiverse is just false.
