X once again in Rounds 1 and 2.

However, while Copy X has X's stats in Round 3, he also has a terrible arrogant streak and lacks X's hax (aside from maybe Absolute Zero), so I think he'll get beaten if this is in character.

Round 1: X is stronger/more durable (slightly higher end of Large Star Level IICR), faster in combat speed (420c vs 260c in combat speed while their travel speed is in the millions IIRC), has more hax (he has all of Supes hax + better versions and more variety), he's more experienced (X has around 100 years of experience at this point while Supes has only 30), and both are pretty smart fighters (can defeat characters more powerful than themselves such as Sigma/Omega and Doomsday/Darkseid). X should take this with about medium difficulty.

Round 2: Spite. X has all these advantages I named above cranked up to eleven. Supes really has no chance of winning at all.

Round 3:While I agree with Reppuzan's points, Copy X still has a massive speed advantage (224,000c vs 260c) and he blitzes. Remove that tho and I think Superman can take this.
