Possibly Massive True Dark Genie Upgrade

Find it funny that I downgraded the verse and now trying to get an upgrade for on of it's characters. Note that this scales to no one else period.

Ok so in this video at the beginning Toan traveled 400 years into the past before the Dark Genie was created. Now during the beginning the Dark Genie from the present followed him, why is this importent?, You'll see.

Now a bit earlier in the game, Seda told Toan, the Dark Genie's plan. He states he will send his essence across every era of time and rule over it.

Now at 8:00 minutes in the video I posted above the Dark Genie states that the power given to me can drink up the very flow of time and that he will go beyond time (aka transcend) and rule over it. That's a low 2-C feat right?. We know he can send his essence across time and I doubt he would have just randomly said that he can drink up the flow of time and go beyond it for no reason, he doesn't need to lie.

However he was defeated before he could do this. Still, I was wondering if he can still get a key regardless if he didn't reach that level yet?.

It would say

Tier: Low 2-C

Attack Potency: Universe level+ (Would have absorbed all time from across each era and transcended it if not stopped)

Speed: Immesurable (Would have transcended time itself)

Lifting Strength: Immesurable

Striking Strength: Universe Class

Durability: Universe level+

Key: At his Peak

Thoughts?. I'm not sure we do this type of thing (giving keys for what a character was going to do/become) so I wanted to see, if not, ok.

I am not sure if this is quantifiable, unless he was going to absorb the entire timeline.

He was going to send his essence to every era and his power allows him to absorb time. Since his essence carries his power he'd absorb all time since he'd be in every era.

That still does not seem like anywhere near explicit enough proof for such a high rating. Sorry.

Ok, What about his speed then?.

Even if he doesn't absorb the whole timeline. Going beyond time would give him Immesurable speed wouldn't it?.

Immeasurable speed means being able to move through time and instantly attack anywhere and anywhen through speed alone. Does he truly qualify for this?

Sadly no.

However I've believe he could have Immortality Type 9 "Characters who's true self exist independently from the plane where they can be killed"

Now he may not absorb all time but after absorbing enough time he would have went beyond it. So while his essence would rule over each era, his true self would be unreachable unless one goes beyond time.

It would basically say on his page.

eventually Type 9. After absorbing enough time, The Dark Genie would have went beyond it.)

If this doesn't fit the bill, then that's all I could think of.
