IIRC Yamamoto in his prime punked Ywach, and left him powerless for a millenia (been awhile since I've read Bleach). Could this be reason to scale him to the continent-leve, which is listed on Ywach's profile (may be some power-up that I'm missing.....)?

Yhwach alone is listed as only Country Level and the continent Level stat is after he absorbed the Soul King so no.
