I saw in the profile of onoki, that he with the use of jinton is able to pass the reaction of the sasuke with the use of Mangekyo Sharingan(remembering that it is said in the profile of sasuke MS, that he has Sub-Relativistic reactions).

So... Onoki should not have Sub-Relativistic attack speed with the use of jinton?

Tbh I don't know about this. I don't remember this being considered in the last revision. Maybe this reasoning for Onoki is from a year or two ago
