Shouldn't Sasuke and Naruto at their Strongest and using their strongest techniques be Small Planet level? Because didn't the Manga state that for example, Sasuke's Indra Arrow is comparable to Hagoromo Otsutsuki, whom is listed as Low 5-B on this site? I noticed you had Naruto and Sasuke at their Prime at this level previously but due to a past thread decided to Downgrade both to at least 5-C, Naruto also matched Indra's Arrow by channeling his Nature Chakra into his Rasenshuriken, so what are your guys thoughts on this?

Ok, here is the scan, also, Madara seems to also be at Low 5-B, while aren't Sasuke and Naruto at that point comparable to Madara or stronger? A stray comment from Kurama is not enough to upgrade them I am afraid. If I remember they were calculated to be at High Moon level, and that is where they will stay until we get more evidence from the new Boruto manga series.

This is contradicted by the official Viz manga as well, which stated the way the technique was done is on the level of the sage of sixth paths, not the power being so. This has actually been discussed several times.
