Okay i havent watched this yet but im gonna take a guess that this has to do with Light Fang. If not then my mistake, but if it has to do with Light Fang this was already discussed multiple times and is considered an outlier.

Nah thats what it was, at leats part of it. The guy was talking about Naruto dodging Light Fang, and he's also trying to say that Eigth Gate Guy is Relativistic to Lightspeed because he was bending space (And apparently time for some bizarre reason???) by running and Haku is Lightspeed from statements. Light Fang and Haku are already considered outliers, and i have no idea what to make of his claim about Guy but it sounds way too far fetched to be accurate...

I'd pay more attention to the video if it was anyone else. Seth the programmer is notorious for wanking and over-exaggerating whatever her likes and downplaying whatever he dislikes. He uses Super Saiyan multipliers to say Goku could destroy millions of universes.

Naruto lightspeed is nonsense, take what you get off of youtube with a grain of salt. the databook says it's light, and the databook has also said Temari can blow away the universe. it's super inconsistent and nonsensical. also Light fang is Storm release.
