Mars weighs 6.39 × 10^20 tons(639 quintillion tons)

Average female weighs 166.3 pounds or 0.08315 tons.

To find the speed a person with that mass would need to move to generate that much momentum, we reverse engineer the momentum equation.

639000000000000000000 * 0.08315 = 53,132,850,000,000,000,000(53+ quintillion) meters per second

Lightspeed = 299,792,458

53,132,850,000,000,000,000 / 299,792,458 = 177,232,110,355.49 times faster than light
