Depending on how strong the hurricane is & the height of the flooding I think they both just drown to death lol

Also, Art has a new movie out & he honestly might get bumped to a decently high 9-B with Class 10 LS and obsurdly broken Type 2 & 3 Immortality, as well as possession, superior stealth mastery, and even an intelligence bump. The only reason why a CRT hasn't been made is because I haven't been able to get clips of the movie since it's still in theatres. So it might be best to wait until feats from the new movie is included
