First, plot manipulation comes from many sources. That part is understood

But do we to assume the plot of any fight they're in takes place within the jurisdictions of their plot manipulation?

1. An example is a character being able to change the plot by manipulating the writings in a book. Is it assumed every crossverse fight takes place within the book?

2. How would that work if two different verses can manipulate plot in two different ways. Will the setting of the crossverse match fit the nature each person's plot hax?

Yes if the book can manipulate the plot directly, otherwise their plot manipulation doesn't work.

Either they manipulate eachother plots or the one with stronger plot manipulation will win.

Hope this help.
