He has better showings. He held his own against a Cell. Jr much better than Piccolo did.

Pretty sure Vegeta would have the advantage over Piccolo, but Piccolo can definitely pose a threat, especially if Vegeta becomes arrogant after beating Piccolo, causing him to be open to be hit by a Special Beam Cannon, which can affect and kill even characters stronger than Piccolo

I'm gonna give my personal opinion on this battle:

Vegeta does have a decent AP advantage but Piccolo has endurance on his side (Low-Mid Regeneration) and plenty of techniques that allow him to hit way above of his league (Makankōsappō being the main one, among others like the Light Grenade and Hellzone Grenade)

Again, i'm aware my vote doesn't count. Just giving my opinion on each other's respective advantages.
