I think than Martian Manhunter has the advantage with his inmortality and intangibility. And if they destroy the Earth, Martian can survive in the vacum of space and Piccolo don't. And Piccolo also can be dead if his head become destroyed

Well, what is the use of Wonder Woman when Superman is more powerful than her? Not all Justice League characters are as strong as each other but they can all contribute something as a team. From a character standpoint, MMH seems to prefer the mental side of things anyway, so he usually deals with computers and HQ stuff (sort of like a second Batman).

But if you're asking "How come Superman and all these other weaker superheroes always do so much stuff while MMH just sits back at the HQ?", then that has to do with DC's writers being reluctant to get him more involved in their stories. He was never the most popular or exposed DC character, so they just thought about having him be a silent character there in the background in case they ever wanted to use him (which they hardly do).

Oh well, sort of a pity

If this was New-52 I'd argue Piccolo. That versions combat speed is lacking in the feats department, even Pre-52 wasn't really known for his raw speed but his hax is top tier so that can't be taken from him.

True, though the FTL travel speed feat wouldn't be much help here. Usually Pre-52's speed is portrayed as being slower than Superman and Flash (obviously) in battle (I've been reading his comics for quite awhile), so the feat against the latter is odd, but then again he was bloodlusted lol.
