I was watching a vid about Albert Einstein in my class and in the vid one of the physists said that if you were to unlock all the energy stored in a pen it would explode with about the force of an atom bomb what if there was a character who could extract all the energy in the universe how strong would he be ?

Also what are some abilities someone who can control electro mangnetism can have ?

Mass to energy conversion of an average adult - large mountain level

Mass to energy conversion of a pen would probably be town to city level. which is in line with some smaller atom bombs.
