Permission to create a Character Profile page

I've seen that there is a thread for requesting other editors for the creation of character profiles, but if I want to create a character profile page by myself, do I need to request permission on some specific page on the wiki or am I free to create it?

I think as long as it hasn't been made, follows the current format, is grammatically correct and no typos and the stats are justifued then you can go ahead.

If you go to Guidelines>standard formats, itll show ya the templates ya can copy and paste.

2-A will bold the word. Bold words like the strength class, speed stat (like FTL) and the tier.

Doing that in the picture will cause

this, that will cause the words, when clicked, will link to the url, wether it be a picture, another profile and so on.
