Starting this off, yes, i am very aware of the difference in tiers. But Pepsiman's wincon lies in his Pepsi summoning ability, which would be able to poison the Shark underwater (As he is able to summon basically 25 gallons of Pepsi at once)

Pepsiman cannot amp himself while on the Hover Platform, which is what allows him to stay over the water. If Pepsiman does ditch it by either hitting the islands around him or deciding to do it if he sees the Shark is catching up to him via speed boost, he would be able to run on water only in short bursts, which he's able to spam in gameplay
