Its in Nagatos favour. With equalized speed, the only thing Kabuto has is his Strength, which is nothing against Nagatos hax.

Round 1: 6-7/10 for Pain. Kabuto could eventually take out a few of his bodies, but Tendou, Chikushōdō and Shuradō would take him down. Pain can just spam him with creatures, fire weapons at him and or use Tendou to finish him. Tendou alone would be enough.

Round 2: 10/10 for Nagato.

How Tendou could kill him? just pushing him do noting,Chikushōdō is kind of usless here since the animels can't pierce his skin,and Shuradō is like far weaker version of Genos his weapons(missile etc) wont do anything to Kabuto

kabuto takes this rather easily, his stats are too high, only thing nagato or pain can do is Run or stall with Chibaku tensei anything else and he gets rip apart with ease. nagato nor pain has any hax and most of his techniues are completely useless against kabuto and all kabuto needs is 1 direct punch and nagato would become blood splatter andbecome sppeed is equal nagato would gets stomp evenharder

Going for Pain. He can always keep Kabuto away with Shinra tensei and the summons. The infinitely replicating dogs would never be taken out without killing the summoner. and the moment Pain gets a hold of him sul sucking is an instant kill. The path with rockets also provides a huge distraction. And Chibaku tensei is a sure seal. Being 6-C.
