It is not against the rules, no, but you should keep the fact that they're non-canon in mind to avoid messing up the powerscaling when you put them in vsmatches.

ok. its just I have seen movie characters (quite a few actually) that come from non-canon movies/storylines so I was just wondering why u guys have pages for those, but not for filler characters, for example. (kinda like having broly in the dragon ball page, but not having, say... um.. is mecha Naruto a good example in this case?)
