There's a possibility of him being able to Hack him, but I'm not sure if he can, but Ultron's Immortality isn't gonna make it easy for OVER-1 either.

As far as I can tell, he massively upscales from 6.6 KiloFOE. Also, Mid-Godly isn't Combat Applicable so that's technically incap for OVER-1 if it gets to that point.

I'm not sure, but if he does than Ultron can probably get past that with his Sub-Atomic level Matter Manipulation.
